Products
We carry rubber tracks, undercarriage parts and pneumatic and solid tires for construction, landscaping, agricultural and industrial equipment. Our catalog covers more than 584 manufacturers and 24,000 machine models. Use our product finder to search by equipment make and model.
We cover Bobcat, Caterpillar, Kubota, John Deere, Takeuchi, Case, Komatsu, Yanmar, Volvo, ASV, New Holland, Gehl, Mustang, Wacker Neuson, Airman, Kubota, Atlas Copco and hundreds of other brands. The full list is available on our equipment compatibility page. If your brand is not listed there, call us. We likely still have what you need.
These are our three rubber track grades. The X Series is our standard grade, built for everyday use on light to medium-duty machines. The Pro Series uses a premium rubber compound for better wear life in harder conditions, longer hours and more abrasive ground. The HDX Series is our heavy-duty grade, built for large excavators, high-load CTLs, demolition work and continuous-operation job sites. Not sure which fits your work? Call us and we'll point you in the right direction.
Our tracks are high-quality aftermarket products, not OEM parts. They are manufactured to match OEM specifications for sizing, pitch and performance. Every track is verified for fitment against the manufacturer's specifications for your machine before it goes in our catalog.
Yes. We carry sprockets, rollers, idlers and track frames as separate components. Browse our undercarriage parts catalog or use the product finder to see what is available for your specific machine.
Yes to both. Our pneumatic tires are construction-grade options for skid steers, telehandlers and wheel loaders. We also carry solid tires and tire and wheel assemblies for environments where punctures are a recurring issue, including demolition sites, recycling facilities and indoor warehouses.
Sizing and fitment
The quickest way is to use our product finder. Type in your equipment manufacturer and model number and it will show you every compatible track, tire and undercarriage part we carry. If your model is not listed, call us at (866) 516-8473. We can usually identify the right part from a machine description.
The three numbers represent width, pitch and link count, all in millimeters. Take 230 x 72 x 41 as an example. 230 is the track width in millimeters, roughly 9 inches. 72 is the pitch, which is the center-to-center distance between links. 41 is the total number of links in the track loop.
All three numbers need to match your machine exactly. A track that is off by even one link count will not seat correctly on the sprocket.
Not always. Most follow the width x pitch x links format, but some manufacturers swap the order of pitch and link count. If you are reading a size from a parts manual or a worn track, double check which number refers to which measurement. When in doubt, call us and we will confirm it.
Give us your equipment make, model and year. We can look up the standard factory track size from our fitment database, which covers over 24,000 machine models. Call (866) 516-8473 or email support@ultratrack.com and we will find it for you.
Yes. Measure the track width across the flat face in millimeters. For pitch, measure center to center between two adjacent link holes. Count the total number of links around the full loop. Those three numbers will give you the size. If you are unsure about any of the measurements, our team can walk you through it over the phone.
A track that does not match your machine's sprocket pitch or link count will not install correctly. If you receive a track and it does not fit, contact us before attempting to install it. We accept returns on unused, uninstalled tracks in original packaging within 30 days. See our return policy for the full process.
Width affects stability and ground pressure. Running a wider track than specified can put stress on the undercarriage. Running a narrower track can reduce stability on uneven ground. We recommend sticking to the manufacturer-specified width unless you have a specific operational reason to change it. Call us if you want to talk through the options for your machine.
Sometimes. Two machines from different manufacturers may use the same track size, in which case the tracks are interchangeable. What matters is that the width, pitch and link count match. Brand compatibility is a separate question from size compatibility. Use our product finder to search by machine model rather than by size to be certain.
Rubber track life varies significantly depending on the operating surface, the load on the machine and how well the undercarriage is maintained. On hard abrasive surfaces like concrete or rock, wear is faster. On soft ground, tracks last longer. A well-maintained track on a properly operated machine in normal conditions typically runs 1,200 to 1,600 hours, though some operators see more and some less. Keeping the undercarriage clean and checking track tension regularly extends service life.
The most common causes are incorrect track tension, a worn or damaged sprocket, and making sharp turns at speed. A track that is too loose will derail more easily. A sprocket with worn teeth loses its grip on the track links. If your track is coming off repeatedly, check the tension first, then inspect the sprocket and idler for wear before ordering a replacement track.
Tread patterns
We carry multiple tread patterns across our track range, including block tread, C-lug, V-lug, L-tread and straight bar patterns. The right pattern depends on your working surface and the type of work you do. Browse options in our specialty tracks section or call us and we will help you choose.
Block tread patterns provide stable footing on flat, firm surfaces like gravel, packed dirt and paved areas. They wear evenly and work well in mixed conditions. C-lug patterns are designed for softer, wetter ground where you need the lugs to bite in and self-clean as the track rotates. If you work in mud, clay or loose soil regularly, a C-lug pattern will give you better traction than a block tread.
A rubber block or straight bar pattern causes less surface damage and wears more evenly on hard paved surfaces. Aggressive lug patterns like C-lug can scuff paving and wear faster on hard flat surfaces. If you work primarily on paved ground, look at our block and bar tread options. Call us if you want a specific recommendation for your machine and work type.
Any track in the correct size for your machine will physically fit regardless of tread pattern. The choice of pattern is about performance, not mechanical compatibility. That said, some machines like CTLs used in agriculture or on slopes benefit from specific tread designs. Our team can advise on what works best for your type of work.

Warranty
Yes. Every rubber track and tire we sell is backed by a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See the full terms on our warranty page.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal operating conditions. If a track fails due to a defect in how it was made, it is covered. Normal wear and tear, damage from improper installation, cuts or punctures from sharp debris and damage from running the machine outside its rated capacity are not covered.
Normal wear from use, damage caused by improper installation, punctures or cuts from sharp objects, use on the wrong machine, running with incorrect track tension, and damage caused by operating the machine outside its rated specifications. If you are unsure whether your situation is covered, call us and we will review it with you.
Contact our support team at (866) 516-8473 or support@ultratrack.com. Have your order number and photos of the defect ready. We will open a claim with the manufacturer on your behalf and keep you updated on the outcome. Most warranty claims are resolved within 5 to 10 business days.
If the manufacturer approves the claim, you will receive a replacement track or an adjustment per the manufacturer's warranty terms. We handle the communication with the manufacturer and distributor on your behalf throughout the process.
