Warranty Information
All rubber tracks and tires sold by Ultra Track and Tire ship with a 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Every product we sell is new. The warranty is provided by the manufacturer of each product, and it runs from the date your order is delivered.
Ultra Track and Tire is the reseller. We do not manufacture the products and we do not issue the warranty ourselves. What we do is manage the warranty claim process on your behalf when you have an issue. You contact us, we take it from there. You do not need to find or contact the manufacturer directly.

What the manufacturer warranty covers
The manufacturer warranty covers defects that come from how the product was made. If a track fails because of a problem in the rubber compound, the steel cord reinforcement or the lug structure, and that failure happens within 12 months of delivery under normal use, it is covered.
The warranty does not cover wear from regular use, damage from external causes or problems that result from incorrect installation or operation. The table below lays out both sides clearly.
| What the manufacturer warranty covers | What is not covered |
|---|---|
| Manufacturing defects in rubber compound, steel cord or lug structure | Normal tread wear from regular operation |
| Premature delamination not caused by external impact or incorrect use | Cuts, tears or punctures from sharp debris, rocks or foreign objects |
| Core steel cord failure under normal operating load | Damage from running the track on incorrect terrain or beyond rated load |
| Structural failure that appears within 12 months of delivery under normal use | Wear caused by incorrect track tension |
| Track separation or cracking that originates from a production defect | Damage from improper installation technique or tools |
| Use on a machine the track was not specified for | |
| Damage from worn or failed sprocket, idler or roller | |
| Corrosion or chemical exposure damage |

How to file a warranty claim
The process is straightforward. You contact us, we collect what the manufacturer needs and we submit the claim. Here is how it works from start to finish.
| Action | What happens | |
|---|---|---|
| Step 1 | Contact us | Call (866) 516-8473 or email support@ultratrack.com . Have your order number ready. Let us know what the issue is and when it appeared. |
| Step 2 | Send us documentation | We will ask for photos of the defect and your machine model. Clear photos of the affected area help the manufacturer review the claim faster. |
| Step 3 | We submit the claim | We contact the manufacturer or authorized distributor on your behalf and submit all documentation. You do not deal with the manufacturer directly. |
| Step 4 | Manufacturer review | The manufacturer reviews the claim against their warranty terms. Most decisions come back within 5 to 10 business days. We keep you updated. |
| Step 5 | Resolution | If approved, the manufacturer arranges a replacement or adjustment at no cost to you. If a claim is declined, we will explain the reason and discuss your options. |
A few things that help claims move faster: clear photos of the defect taken before the track is removed from the machine, your order number, and a short description of when and how the issue appeared. The more specific you can be, the less back-and-forth there is with the manufacturer.
What to check when your order arrives
Before you install a track, take a minute to inspect it. Look for any visible damage to the rubber body, the lugs or the steel end fittings. Check that the size on the label matches what you ordered.
For freight deliveries, check the shipment before signing the delivery receipt. If you notice visible damage, note it on the receipt before the driver leaves. Damage that is noted at delivery is easier to claim than damage reported after the fact.
If something looks wrong when you open the packaging, contact us before you attempt to install the track. A defect noted before installation is straightforward to handle. Once a track has been installed, it becomes harder to distinguish a manufacturing defect from installation damage.
For questions about receiving a damaged shipment, see our return and refund policy. Shipping damage and warranty defects are handled through separate processes.
Limitations
The manufacturer warranty is the only warranty that applies to products sold by Ultra Track and Tire. Ultra Track and Tire does not provide any additional warranty, express or implied, beyond what the product manufacturer offers.
Warranty decisions, including approval, rejection, replacement and adjustment, are made by the manufacturer or their authorized distributor. Ultra Track and Tire acts as the point of contact and submits claims on your behalf, but the outcome of each claim is determined by the manufacturer's assessment of the defect against their warranty terms.
Ultra Track and Tire is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, lost operating time or third-party labor costs, beyond the scope of the manufacturer's warranty remedy.
