Ultra Track & Tire accepts returns in accordance with the return policies of our authorized manufacturers and distribution partners.
Returns
Customers may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to product eligibility and distributor approval.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
- Original packaging must be intact
- Return eligibility may vary by product and manufacturer
To request a return, customers must submit a return request through Ultra Track & Tire customer support. Return instructions, including the appropriate return location, are provided after approval. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Approved returns may be shipped to the appropriate distribution or manufacturer facility, depending on the product. Return shipping arrangements and costs vary by product and distributor and will be communicated during the return authorization process.
Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected by the authorized distributor or manufacturer, Ultra Track & Tire will be notified of the return status.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary depending on distributor confirmation and payment provider processing timelines.
Please allow additional time for financial institutions to process and post refunds.
Exchanges
If an exchange is needed, customers may return the original item (subject to approval) and place a new order for the replacement item.
